On September 15, 2026, NextGen Advising co-founder Caroline Sheu facilitated a half-day Early Career Workshop for summer interns participating in GROW, an internship program run by the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine (ARM).
The workshop was part of an initiative designed to support students as they gain professional experience and explore career opportunities in the regenerative medicine industry.
The GROW RegenMed Internship Program offers paid summer internship opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students interested in regenerative medicine. Participants gain exposure to professional environments across the cell and gene therapy sector, with opportunities spanning scientific, business, and other career functions.
As students explore specialized industries, understanding their professional interests, identifying transferable skills, and considering potential career directions can help them make more informed decisions about their futures.
Caroline’s participation reflects NextGen Advising’s focus on helping students approach career development with greater intention. Experiences such as internships and professional development workshops can help students connect their academic interests with potential career paths and better understand the opportunities available beyond college.
Through its career coaching services, NextGen Advising supports students in exploring career options, developing professional goals, and building a thoughtful approach to their transition from college to the workforce.
